ROY LEE JAPAN Co., Ltd. was founded by Korean designer Roy Lee, with a clear mission: to deliver high-quality apparel design and production services that elevate brands through craft and precision.

Founder Roy Lee served as Design Director for global sportswear brands, bringing extensive experience and strong insight into market trends. He has also received multiple design awards in Japan and overseas.

Since becoming independent, he has focused on outdoor and performance apparel design, creating distinctive solutions for various brands. We provide one-stop support from design to production and promotion.

Looking ahead, we will continue leveraging our technical expertise and creative vision to build deeper partnerships and shape the future of apparel design together with our clients.

VISUAL

Starting from the intersection of shifting trends, we weave order through
lines and shape the balance and flow of the present into form within layered contexts.

SERVICE

Starting from concept, we refine materials and prototypes step by step, connecting
the entire process through to production and guiding it toward a meaningful final form.

Clothing Design

Starting from brand vision and direction, we build a consistent design language through silhouette, structure, and detail. While considering market trends and target users, we balance creativity with functionality, designing scalable product lines that clearly express the brand’s identity and world view.

Fabric Recommendation

Based on product concepts and usage needs, we select optimal materials by balancing texture, functionality, and cost. Working with domestic and global supply chains, we ensure stable sourcing and propose fabrics that reflect design intent while enhancing visual appeal and comfort.

Sample Recommendation

As a critical stage connecting design and production, we validate patterns, construction, and specifications through sample making. Through repeated prototyping and refinement, we enhance silhouette, fit, and detail accuracy, gradually elevating product quality and establishing precise standards for stable mass production.

Garment Production

Based on an established production network, we manage processes and quality control in an integrated manner. From small batches to mass production, we flexibly adapt to materials and specifications, maintaining consistency in structure and finish while accurately translating design intent into the final product.

Starting from a sensibility born at the intersection of flows, we observe the relationships between concrete and waves, order and nature, community and traveler. We reduce these boundaries into straight, diagonal, and curved lines, shaping them into form. Through cutting, layering, and the balance of function and silhouette, “intersection” appears naturally as form itself.
